These sessions are free of charge. All that you need to invest, is your 30 min time for your own benefit.
Registration is optional. However, registration will help you stay connected with us via email and WhatsApp. It will be easy for us to update you any changes in the event schedule or invite you for similar future events.
It is an online webinar (zoom meeting). You can join it from anywhere in the world using a computer or mobile device.
It is suggested that you download Zoom on your mobile or Laptop from https://zoom.us/download
Please join before scheduled time from a noise-free space, when connecting to the virtual Meditation room.
After you join the room, please click on ‘Call via Device Audio’ so that you can hear the presenter speak.
To conserve bandwidth and improve audio call quality, please turn-off your video.
The morning session will be conducted in English while the evening session will be conducted in the Hindi language. You may attend any one or both the events.
Any individual with or without any prior meditation experience can join these sessions. Each session is mutually exclusive. You can join any day at preferred batch (English/Hindi). The session is open for all backgrounds, age groups, nationality, cultures, etc. Just join and experience ‘the Self’ within
