Venue & Location

Mansarovar is a newly built campus of Brahma Kumaris on the bank of River Banas. This campus is built with modern technology with various facilities including water recycling, water harvesting, biogas plant and solar power.

When should I plan to arrive at the Venue ?

You can arrive on 24th October (Thursday) before 4 PM; sessions of the retreat start at 5 PM on that day.
If you prefer sightseeing in Mt Abu, you can arrive on 23rd October (Wednesday) before 9 AM. Accommodation will be provided from 23rd October, but you’ll need to arrange your travel for sightseeing.

Is it allowed to bring children?

Children less than 15 years old are not allowed.

Any compulsory document ID?

Original Aadhar card or other government ID card needs to be shown when you reach at Venue.

What should be my Dress Code?

Am I allowed to Smoke?

Smoking and Drinking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Request everyone to refrain from these during your stay.

Can I or we go for sightseeing to Mt Abu?

Yes. For sightseeing in Mt Abu, you can arrive on 23rd October (Wednesday) before 9 AM. Accommodation will be provided from 23rd October, but you’ll need to arrange your travel for sightseeing.

What are the nearest Airports to the venue?

Ahmedabad Airport (around 3.5 hours drive) and Udaipur Airport (around 2.5 hours drive) are the nearest airports to the venue. You will need to book your vehicle to the venue. After letting us know about your travel plans, we will help you with the booking process if required.

What is the nearest Railway station to the venue?

Aburoad Railway station is the nearest one. We will provide a vehicle from Aburoad Railway Station to the venue after informing us about your travel details

How do I reach venue from Ahmedabad or Udaipur Airport?

You can book taxis at the Airport to reach the venue. If you need any help with the booking, send us an email with complete details to [email protected]

Will I get any Medical help if required?

YES, we do have our Global Hospital Trauma Center nearby.

Is there an ATM nearby?

Nearest ATM is at least 2 kms away. So we strongly suggest that you carry requisite cash with you. This way you don’t have to go out of campus once you arrive.

How do I keep my stuff safe?

The campus is a very safe place. To store your expensive belongings, please contact the organizers at the venue

Is there any fees for this event ?

Brahma Kumaris ITWing does not charge fees for this event. It’s offered as free of cost as community service.
